I started my health and fitness career as a group fitness instructor, teaching indoor cycling classes. My passion for fitness and teaching led me to enroll in the Certified Personal Training program through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I emphasize core strength and stability - the foundations to all successful training programs. My experience as an indoor cycling instructor gives me a unique style of motivation and enthusiasm, attributes I deliver during each personal training session to keep fitness challenging, fun, and enjoyable.
VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING:
Sessions via Zoom or FaceTime designed with any equipment you have at home. A little goes a long way! I’m currently training several clients virtually - some have one set of adjustable dumbbells, while others have several pieces of equipment. Everyone receives a fantastic full body workout using equipment and bodyweight exercises. The best part about virtual training is you can live anywhere! I currently have virtual clients in Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida.
IN PERSON AT THE FAY FITNESS FACILITY:
Clients can train in my private home gym with a wide variety of strength training and cardio equipment.

It's not just about the days you train with me each week, it's also what you do on those other days for fitness and nutrition. Recovery is just as important as your workout, so I'm also going to be there to encourage you to take that rest day! I'll set you up with the right stretching and recovery routine based on your fitness level and any existing limitations.
