This is for experienced clients who would like to train on their own time.
This is for people who have worked with a trainer in the past and struggle with programming their workouts which need to incorporate progressive overload. Doing the same exercises repeatedly with no changes will lead to a plateau. Most clients require the accountability of working with a trainer weekly to assist with monitoring their form for complex exercises, in addition to assistance with their programming.
If you are experienced and disciplined enough to complete training workouts on your own, I can provide the programming monthly (on average it’s 4 to 5 weeks between programming changes). The client would send a request via text or email each time they’re ready for programming adjustments (minimum of 4 week frequency for each request). Sometimes 5 or 6 weeks may be needed based on missed sessions for illness, vacation, work trips, etc…. This is why frequency is based on client’s request.
· Initial assessment meeting (virtual or in-person to discuss your health and fitness level details needed to design custom programming).
· Custom programming: Guided training sessions with video demonstrations via a training app using equipment you have available at home or your local gym.
· Monthly (on average) programming adjustments upon request per details above. Payment is due upon each programming adjustment request.
· Access to Inbody scan appointments (5 min. visit to home facility) before each programming change.
· Customized daily caloric intake and macros based on your Inbody scan. *This can be estimated with other metrics, the Inbody scan however is the most accurate measurement.
· Email or text with any questions or comments before programming changes should they arise.
$170 (2 custom strength sessions/week)
$250 (3 custom strength sessions/week)
*This total is paid each time programming is adjusted by the trainer in the training app.
Just like all of the JFay Fitness in-person clients, who strength train 2 or 3 hours per week and do cardio on their own, I would program the strength sessions based your frequency from the choices above.
*Nutrition Coaching is not included with programming only PT. It is included for hourly contract clients with the 3-month minimum contract.
