This client came to me after treatment for a back injury, which occurred from lifting heavy weight with improper form. We started in March 2020, as all gyms were shutdown due to Covid-19. She showed up twice a week for virtual sessions with me via FaceTime, and then did some outdoor running on her own a couple days a week. She later transitioned to in person training in August 2020 where we worked to get her back to deadlifting safely, focusing on proper technique and form. She continues to train with me and impress me with how dedicated she is to her health and fitness plan. She took one of the hardest years possible and came out of it so much stronger!
