Menopause isn't a pause on your strength. It's the next level. Join this 3½-hour workshop for the education, empowerment, and intentional movement you need to own your strength. We will explore practical fitness and nutrition strategies to help you thrive from perimenopause through postmenopause. You'll learn how to fuel your body, build your muscle, and own your prime.

No more crash diets, no more confusion navigating the varied nonsense we sometimes see on social media! "Is this post right or wrong?" I hear it all the time. I'm happy to help!
Gather a group of gal pals, small or large. Host at your house and I can bring the workshop to you (think Book Club style, fun and casual!).
Another local getaway option? Book a luxury weekend reset retreat at a local B&B (Hidden View B&B in Hillsboro, VA is featured in some of the photos above) and I can customize your event at this location!
As a NASM certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer & Behavior Change Specialist I can guide you through what works, the common mistakes made and how to live a strong and healthy life!
This varies based on location, group size, and the type of event you choose. Your event can be an informational workshop only OR a workshop+workout event! The workout will be suitable for all fitness levels. The workout can feature a dynamic warmup, common form mistakes and how to fix them, proper recovery, mobility exercises and additional options based on your preferences.
